WARNING: All MPCsounds.com sound files are encrypted with proprietary hidden COPYRIGHT ID HEADER TAGS reading "Copyrighted Property of ModernBeats, Inc". Furthermore, all MPCsounds' sound libraries are delivered with encrypted CUSTOMER ID TAGS identifying the customer's name and information tied to each sound library ordered. ID HEADER TAGS remain embedded within each sound file regardless of modification or resampling. This technology is possible due to MPCsounds developing a proprietary system where ID TAG encryption occurs at a binary root level for all sound files, not at traditional text header levels.

PERPETRATORS BEWARE: Unauthorized use or duplication is a violation of applicable laws. You WILL be caught and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. MPCsounds' attorneys have won every copyright infringement lawsuit pursued. Don't become the next victim, obey the law and avoid a costly lawsuit with ModernBeats, Inc.

IN ADDITION: Aside from MPCsounds' proprietary ID HEADER TAG encryption, MPCsounds' attorneys use government-supported Waveform Screening Analysis technology in a court of law to prosecute perpetrators of copyright infringement and illegally selling MPCsounds' products. The U.S. judicial system allows this technology as a tool for supporting evidence against prepetrators of copyright infringement.

MPCsounds' sound libraries may only be used pursuant to the terms and conditions enforced by Modernbeats, Inc.. By purchasing sounds sold under MPCsounds.com, you automatically become bound to the terms of the License Agreement:

All sounds and/or sound libraries purchased from MPCsounds.com are licensed, not sold, to you by ModernBeats, Inc. MPCsounds is the exclusive copyright holder and licensor of all sounds and/or sound libraries purchased from the MPCsounds.com website. By purchasing sounds from MPCsounds.com, you are granted a non-exclusive right/license to incorporate MPCsounds' sounds in sync and within audiovisual production and compositions. AudioVisual Productions and Compositions that qualify are film productions, television programs, radio/tv advertisements, website media, videogame production, business presentations, album productions, artist promotions, and soundtracks - royalty free. However, MPCsounds' products cannot be used in any productions or compositions for any Sound and/or Loop libraries whatsoever.

Following these guidlines entitles you, the licensee, to use MPCsounds' sound libraries without additional royalties, license fees, or any other fees to due to ModernBeats, Inc.. You may not distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer any of MPCsounds' sounds except as incorporated in an AudioVisual Production. You may not distribute MPCsounds' sounds, either in native format or reformatted, filtered, re-synthesized or otherwise edited, for use as sounds, multi-sounds, samples, multi-samples, programs or patches in a sampler, sample playback unit, website, compact disc, DVD, or computer. You may not distribute MPCsounds' sounds independently of an AudioVisual Production. Additionally, you may not use MPCsounds' sound/loop products for the promotion and/or production of any competing products or services.

By purchasing products from MPCsounds.com, you automatically become bound to MPCsounds' Terms, and you agree all information you provide to MPCsounds.com is completely accurate. You will not disclose access codes or passwords used in accessing any area of the MPCsounds.com website to any other party and will respect MPCsounds' brand by truthfully holding such information as exclusive and confidential. You agree to exercise due diligence and maintain strict safeguards on all sound libraries purchased from MPCsounds.com to prevent unauthorized use or distribution thereof. If you become aware of any unauthorized use or distribution of MPCsounds.com property, you shall immediately notify MPCsounds.com via email at sales@mpcsounds.com or by phone at 512-255-5999.
